Green Areas
Between Viale Serra and via De Gasperi , it is the Park of Portello, a new green lung in Milan. Large 70,000 mq, has been dedicated to the Alfa Romeo, which had its own on this historic establishment in this area.
The park is designed by the American architect Charles Jenks and the German landscape architect Andreas Kipar. It looks like a great double spiral running up a green hill. This is just the visible part of the park, those who choose to live in a high floor or a penthouse in Parco Vittoria Milan, will enjoy the special morphology of this Park representing a completely new landscape for Milan.
The Portello Park is a green lung that looks like a natural sculpture, shaped to fit visually and historically the existing context.
The hill, in fact, is a tribute to the nearby Monte Stella , the historic artificial hill built by Piero Bottoni after the war.

Parco Vittoria is a smart city in which to live, work, shop, with a huge park, characterized by a wavy morphology, where sinuous shapes dominate like green sculptures.
