Rules of your apartment

  • Flexible Rent: Possibility to adjust the duration of your rent, with a minimum of one year. Our consultants are always available.
  • Amenities: the Gym & Wellness area, coworking space, meeting room, party room, and temporary apartment can be used upon reservation via the Morning Care® My Living app. The condominium park and playground are freely accessible.
  • The keys will be delivered the day of check-in and will need to be returned by the day of check-out, as agreed in the contract.

Health and Safety

  • Porter: The porter service at Parco Vittoria is available 24 h, 365 days of the year.
  • Video Surveillance: The video surveillance system is active 24h, 365 days of the year.
  • Fire safety system: Flat Tower is equipped with an advanced fire protection system to ensure the safety of its residents.

Info and Cancellation Policy

  • The condominium fees are included in the rental fee.
  • The agency fees are excluded from the rental fee.
  • Timing: It is possible to cancel within 6 months prior to the expiration of the contract.
  • Method: cancellation may be carried out via registered mail or certified email (PEC).
